At All 1 Building Maintenance we take the safety of everyone very seriously. That includes our clients, our workers, and all members of the public.
Our team undergoes regular training to meet the current Australian Safety Standards to ensure that each worker is up to date.
We update our ‘Health & Safety Management Plan’ annually and conduct daily ‘toolbox meetings’ before all jobs.
We employ a pre-start job safety analysis and prepare safe work method statements to ensure the highest of customer and worker care.
Our worker's compliance requirements include:

National Police clearance certificates

Working with children clearance certificates, for schools and other organisations.

Site specific inductions and safety inductions

Security clearance for Police stations, Courthouses, Defence works.

We also arrange any additional site-specific requirements based on the project.
